It is alledgedly a label from a laptop bag that is made by a small American company for overseas customers.
The translation from French reads:
Wash with warm water.
Use mild soap.
Dry flat.
Do not use bleach.
Do not machine dry.
Do not iron.
We are sorry that our President is an idiot.
We did not vote for him.
